I have a Certificate in Anger Resolution. Anger is a natural human emotion in which "all" of us experience at one time or another in life. It is what we do with that feeling that is of concern. When anger turns inwards it becomes "depression" and when it turns outwards it becomes "aggression." What I do with my clients is help them to recognize and accept that anger is a secondary feeling meaning that underneath anger is a host of other feeling such as disappointment, hurt, betrayal, sadness, etc. yet in life we are taught not to express those feeling but to use "anger." For some, anger equates to aggressiveness which results in violence and other abusive behavior and others in depression

Anger Management Classes are provided to Teens and Adults. Classes focus on emotional skill building and increasing coping skills.
