I have over 25 years experience in helping individuals, couples and families. As an experienced psychotherapist I will guide you in finding relief from anxiety, stress and depression, enjoyment in your relationships and a sense of purpose in your life.

My goal is to help individuals guide you to a path towards restoration and growth. I delight in empowering individuals to be the change that they want to see in their lives. If desired, prayer and scripture utilized into counseling is available but not required.
