My goal is to create a relaxing atmosphere so that you can feel comfortable sharing your story. I use an interactive approach to counseling that is personable and creates an environment that feels like you are talking to a friend.

We like to create a warm, supportive environment where we help clients understand the good reasons they have for feeling and being exactly the way they are. We find that as clients make sense of and understand these reasons the struggles fall away quickly.

Everyone struggles at some point, and all have the capacity to grow, heal, and change. It has been my passion for 20 years to walk alongside hurting people and give them proven tools to overcome losses, challenges and pain, and to live better, happier lives.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 35 years experience. I work with children, adults, couples and families on a wide variety of life problems. I utilize an evidence-based approach to treatment , such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Couples Therapist (LMFT) as well as an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST), specializing in relationships and intimacy. My work centers on infidelity repair, communication challenges, and helping couples find hope at a crossroads.

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples helping them overcome depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment to life transitions, blended families, and parenting issues, to name a few. I look forward to walking with you on your journey to wellness.
