My approach on anger management is a mindfulness based approach towards compassion and change. It is not enough to merely understand why we are angry. It is important that we gain the skills to become more mindful of our anger impulses so that we can interrupt the cycle. As a result we are more compassionate, have better relationships with others, and we can make positive change last in our life and the lives of those around us. This is a challenging process and takes courage to face. I am here to walk alongside you so that you don't have to face it alone.
