In my career counselling, I address burnout and workplace stress by aligning clients' jobs with their values and needs, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and Somatic Experiencing. We explore emotional and physical responses to work, identifying dissatisfaction sources. This insight helps us consider career transitions that better match personal goals, enhancing job satisfaction and fulfillment. This strategic approach aims to create a more rewarding and nourishing professional life for clients.
