I am the founder and Director of The Mandel Center of Arizona and have created an environment to promote psychotherapeutic healing to people in need. My philosophy centers on empowering clients through the therapeutic relationship.

I devise an individual plan for each person based upon their needs in a safe place and address your concerns compassionately working toward solutions and devising a way to implement this. I use CBT (certified), ACT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy.
