In addiction treatment, I take a holistic, empathetic approach, addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of addiction. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques, I help clients identify the underlying triggers of their substance use and work towards healthier coping strategies. Together, we explore ways to break free from harmful patterns, build self-awareness, and create a sustainable recovery plan. My goal is to empower clients to reclaim control, overcome cravings, and achieve lasting recovery in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
