Often anxiety looks like leaving the present moment and projecting into the future, trying to think 10 steps ahead about things that haven't happened yet. This future thinking leads to stress in the present. I teach clients how to tune into their emotions (including anxiety), their bodies (as an anchor to the present moment) and move through anxiety as it arises using their breath. Anxiety and stress don't have to run your life. I'm here to support you in regulating your anxiety and stress by staying with yourself in the present moment.
