It's important to find the meaning through suffering and understand that we all have the freedom to make -sometimes undesirable- choices in our lives

Grief is an individualized internal experience.There is no right way or right amount of time to grieve. Dialoguing about life and death, disappointments and future opportunities allows each person the space to grieve and also recreate their lives from this moment on. In my 30+ years of clinical practice, I assist my clients as they experience the emotional pain and the full recognition of their loss. I support them as they build the emotional resilience to overcome their grief, turning their energy into future opportunities.

As a psychologist, I can give people the tools to deal with grief and loss, as well as to discuss the topic in ways geared toward working through the loss.
