Instead of the traditional 45-minutes-once-a-week talk therapy model, we use 90-minute and 3-HOUR SESSIONS to help you achieve up to 3 months of therapy in each session. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in addition to my doctorate in Psychology. I trained at MGH/Harvard Medical School in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Medicine, and Psychodynamic theories.
