I can help you with recognizing areas that maybe causing you or your love one feelings of sadness or depression. I will help you identify sources that maybe causing these feelings and work with you to help discover and increase your self esteem and self worth. I also work with individuals that self hurt (cutting) to escape/hide from their inner pain.

I work with a depressed nervous system by working with the body. Often we struggle to sleep, eat, or accomplish relatively simple tasks. Our bodies are stuck with the brake on. When our body thinks it is futile, out mind follows quickly thereafter and we begin to tell ourselves how pointless things are and how worthless we are. I work with the whole body to re-regulate the body to enable you to get back to a whole integrated self.

It is so very hard when you feel down so much of the time. As a highly trained clinical psychologist, I can help lessen depression. First, I create a safe space where you can vent your stress. Second, we identify both the past and present source(s) of your depression. Third, together we design ways in which your bad mood can start to improve. And throughout this process you have a highly trained psychologist at your side, providing genuine support and guidance every step of the way,

Most of therapy or counseling processes utilize validation, unconditional positive regard, and reframing as common techniques to get someone to heal from their depression.
