My approach to treating eating disorders is based on the knowledge that eating disorders are only a symptom of a larger problem. By developing tools to challenge their destructive self talk and learning to stop using food as a weapon, I believe that clients can develop healthy relationships with food and themselves.

At KML, we are the experts in eating disorders. Dr. Kelsey trained in eating disorders starting in 2003 and is a certified eating disorder specialist through IAEDP. She has trained and overseen the certification of dozens of eating disorder specialists. We currently have several ED experts on our team! We will work to uncover what role the ED has in your life, how it has helped you and what role it is now serving in your life. We will define new coping techniques and work as a team to push against the challenges of creating a world without ED. We never use shame or blame!
