Family therapy is an area that I am passionate about. I feel that most of our issues can find its root in our family of origin. Everyone wants to be heard, and everyone wants to be valued. However, no one is being heard or valued, because we are all speaking so loudly that we can only hear ourselves. Sometimes we need an outsiders perspective to help us each other. As your "group therapy leader," session time will be effectively managed. Role-plays will be utilized extensively to allow for relative freedom of expression.
