We help our client to heal and process grief and loss through holding safe space for them to work through difficult emotions and experiences in a supportive environment. Grief and loss are the intensely personal emotions that occur after losing a loved one. Children ages 3-11 suffer from loss due to a death, divorce, and relocating. I use client-centered play therapy in a safe environment, enabling the child to express his/her emotions and thoughts through play. Play Therapy uses play, a child's natural medium of expression, to help them express their feelings more easily through toys instead of words.
