I provide psychotherapy in several ways, depending on the needs of my clients, by using cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, or an interpersonal approach. Our time together will explore underlying interpersonal issues that are troublesome. We work together to equip you with healthy ways to express emotions and to improve communication, while also challenging negative or distorted beliefs about self or others.

You will name your goals and desires for counseling. You will receive a nonjudgmental approach, a time to reflect on your past and present decisions, looking at the outcomes, looking at cycles that may be destructive or promotive and how actions can deter, limit or achieve your goals. If there is anxiety or depression, we will determine the level it is affecting you, then proceed to choose ways to help you to bring it under control.
