There are many different forms of depression as well as the triggers. The same ways also I treat different form of depression with different treatment. First clients will give the history of the disorder and symptoms in order to assess which type of depression she/he is dealing with. Then we move to set up a treatment plan to reduce symptoms of that type of depression.
