Sometimes, people are so busy running busy schedules, they fail to take care of themselves. One can't always be giving without rebuilding oneself by doing things which make life feel good to her/him. It is always good to slow down and appreciate life as well as focusing on what is good in one's life rather than focusing on what isn't working.
