I have found that couples have difficulty communicating with each other. They almost always see the problems within their relationship as "theirs" not "mine". Sometimes this is true. But most often the struggles come from both. In my work with couples, we will figure out what is preventing each partner to communicate effectively. To say what they are feeling so the partner can hear and understand. If communication is not the only issue the couple is having, we will explore what is really going on and why for real results.

I have seen relationships strained by a number of factors, including communication problems, financial stress, sex, and infidelity. Because marriages and other intimate relationships don't come with an instruction manual, I can help you learn to identify and break the negative cycles you may find yourself caught up in with your partner, and ultimately improve your relationship satisfaction.
