Psychotherapy has value across many mental and emotional challenges. Specifically, I utilize EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, Ego State work, and Family Systems Theory. I specialize in providing assistance to adult women, and women of at least 14 years of age. I also have extensive training and experience, as well as continue to provide assistance to women who are struggling with issues including, but not limited to: unresolved trauma, addiction to drugs and alcohol, depression, anxiety, stress, excessive worry and fear, mood swings, self harming behaviors, relationship violence, and low self esteem.
