Grief and Loss Counseling in st-martins, MO.

We work through processing grief and loss through meeting people where they are at in the grief process opposed to pushing or pulling them into a place where they are not ready to go. This means that we use a compassionate approach combined with tools and strategies to support movement through the grief process and to create closure and movement forward that honors the loss.

I help clients understand what grief and loss are, and what a healthy grieving process looks like. I utilize a grieving framework called "The Tasks of Mourning". I offer clients a safe supportive space to process their grief. Having been a Certified Grief Counselor, I share with clients new understandings of the grieving process that helps them be able to successfully work through their grief.
