I work with couples who are struggling in their relationships by teaching tools to improve communication, and the sharing of vulnerable feelings in a safe environment. By practicing them with a neutral person they learn how to do it on their own. I also help couples with parenting and household managment. I also have a premarital counseling class that I offer couples preparing for marriage. I allows space to develop healthy communication skills, talk about difficult subjects such as sex and money, and identify how family of origin influences their current relationship and marriage.
