Reflection on each person’s behavior patterns and how the patterns interact within the context of the experiential activity and process opens the door to behavioral change in the form of new routines, boundaries, and practices as well as developing emotional intelligence skills. The experiential process and techniques allow for an increase in and enhancement of the level of intimacy between the two individuals in the relationship.
