I provide education and comprehensive career guidance to my clients. My career counseling services include career exploration, personality assessments, training opportunities, job search tips, cover letter and resume writing assistance, as well as interview preparation. My career counseling skills have been honed during my professional experience in higher education working with young adults through seniors looking to enter or reenter the workforce.

My philosophy of therapy and change is that change comes from within. As a therapist, I ask a great deal in asking an individual to change, as change is an incredibly difficult task for everyone. The journey of change requires both the client and myself to work collaboratively throughout this journey. It is for this reason that the rapport between the client and myself is critical. I aim to provide all my clients with the space to explore their underlying feelings, thoughts, and behaviors so that they can engage in change.

Do You Know Where Your Going To? It's more than a song! It can be quite complicated in this day and age to "figure out" your destination. I have been able to assist others in identifying their strengths and how to utilize them. We work many hours of our lives, so it is important that we like what we do and are able to feel positive at the end of the day!

Adolescents is a time to set goals for the future. As a middle and high school counselor, I have taught college and career lessons, led parent informational nights, facilitated family meetings, and provided one-on-one counseling. As your teen's therapist, I will help them to identify their strengths, skills, and interests. From there, we will explore careers and possible majors or paths to that career. Once that is known, we will research the programs or colleges that will get your teen where they want to be. The process can be stressful, but also exciting! I will be there every step of the way. Together, we can help your teen achieve their post-secondary goals!

While most career counselors love to give you capacity based profiles of what your talents and interests are for your best bet career choices, Grey Matters international believes that most people make predictably irrational decisions and then after making them learn way to make them fit into their identities using various types of rationalizations and strategies.
