With a Master’s degree in counseling, I’m trained to treat a wide variety of common mental health issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and relationship issues. However, my passion is helping stressed out men to overcome their barriers, bad-habits, and insecurities to experience healing and breakthrough. I do so using my training in counseling, my experience in ministry, and my expertise as a trained addiction coach. At Lion Counseling, our mission is to help you escape the cages that hold you back and become the lion God created you to be.

My approach to therapy is not a quick fix or a band-aid approach. It is not self-help advice or executive coaching. It is a process of research-proven, emotional surgery that gets at the heart of your issues and heals them at their source.
