Careers are integral to the identities of many people, while for others careers are simply means for attaining a happy life. Whether you’re developing your first career or looking to switch careers, I use a combination of assessment batteries and counseling to explore my clients’ goals, preferences, and aptitudes to identify their career path and develop a plan for achieving it.

I can help break down the steps that someone would take to reach their aspirations and help celebrate each step along the way, no matter how small the step may seem. With unconditional positive regard, road-mapping, and using DBT skills to help with the process, I will work to help each person that comes to my therapy space for these needs

Career counseling is about guiding the client through the process of elimination and giving them the tools they need to find the job they feel fits them.
