As a mental health counselor I provide Psychotherapy for individuals, families and groups. In my 30+ years of clinical practice, I have continued to expand upon my philosophy of human development and the expansion of each person’s capacity. Working with a collaborative approach, I assist my clients in building skills and strategies as together we uncover their uniqueness, and passion, while developing their purpose and potential. Through observation and positive feedback, my process, “The Five Steps For Healthy Change” was created to assist individuals of all ages and stages in moving from “Crisis To Capacity”. Psychotherapy is an umbrella term for the work I do with clients. With couples psychotherapy involves the Gottman method and with individuals it involves many different approaches that are best suited for the individual at hand. Through psychotherapy, I provide a safe space for clients to share what they've been going through as well as their goals and guide them in reaching those goals.
