My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in post-modernism and occupies a systemic lens and strengths-based perspective. I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to help make sense of their experiences and facilitate their confidence in implementing the changes they want to see. Further, I believe that any emotion, reaction or feeling has its place and can be a normal response to specific circumstances.
