I also believe couples can get buried under society’s pressure of a perfect relationship; I hope to help you get closer to the relationship that feels the most authentic and real for you as a partnership. I use Emotion-Focused and Solution Focused Therapy to help couple’s highlight their unique strengths and work toward a better understanding of one another.
