In doing this, I use powerful but gentle tools such as EMDR and the Emotional Freedom Technique which help dissolve negative beliefs and replace them with positive attitudes and a sense of empowerment.

A session with me is not formulaic. You are allowed to come in just as you are with whatever is emergent for you that day. This dynamic will shape how the therapy goes. While I have many helpful techniques, I do not have an agenda for you. I will meet you where you are at and the goal will be to begin to establish a therapeutic relationship allowing you to feel comfortable and safe and to find the relief or personal growth you seek.

These narratives, that each of us writes for ourself, can be an important part of how balanced and healthy we feel on a daily basis. The rewriting of these stories can produce a positive change that Clients who work with me begin to realize. Some Clients will identify that they have suffered a breach of trust or an attachment loss at some point in their life. We work together to compassionately identify how that breach of love can be healed.
