In grief and loss therapy, I approach each client with compassion and empathy as they navigate through the difficult and often overwhelming emotions associated with losing a loved one. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for clients to express their feelings, explore their grief, and develop coping strategies to move towards healing. I believe that grief is a unique and personal process that varies for each individual, and I tailor my approach to fit each client's needs. Through therapy, clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of their emotions, develop healthy ways to cope with their grief, and work towards finding a new sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.
