Blake Psychology has a team of psychologists who are professionally trained to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of concerns. We use scientifically supported forms of therapy such as cognitive bahevioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behaviour therapy, and positive psychology. All of our psychologists have received extensive training, and are members of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec. We give receipts for insurance purposes.

I am a Psychologists who obtained a Doctorate from McGill University. Prior to my studies at McGill, I obtained a Master degree in Psychiatric Research, in the Department of Medicine at l'Université de Montréal, were I studied the effects of stress over a life span. My approach is eclectic, meaning I tailor the treatment according to your needs. I am trained in Emotion Focused Technique (EFT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema therapy, and Mindfulness.
