Many of the people I see are navigating complex situations, such as adjusting to a major life change, managing the impact of trauma or chronic illness, dealing with anxiety or depression that feels tied to their circumstances, or supporting a loved one through serious health issues. I have particular experience working with older adults and individuals with complex medical cognitive, and psychological conditions. That said, my patients come from a variety of backgrounds, and I enjoy helping people in general.
