My goal is to help people find ways to manage their anxiety through the use of mindfulness and other coping tools so they can enjoy life again. Stress and anxiety can also be affected by our life circumstances and when this is the situation I will work with client to explore options to change what they can and learn to accept those things that they cannot change so the circumstances do not have as much power over the client's experience of life.
