I enjoy coming alongside couples at all stages of relationship from early courtship and premarital counseling to later life phases to help build strong foundations or restore connection if the connection has been broken by the affects of an affair or other disruption to the relationship. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in my work with couples to help understand their conflict cycles and restore healthy attachment and love.
