This is done by having the couple talk directly to one another about issues of concern while I moderate the conversation and direct it towards healthy patterns. Couples are given homework from "Hold Me Tight" by Susan Johnson and processed during sessions. The focus is to help each individual know more about their own attachment patterns and how negative patterns materialize in the relationship.
