Finding the right career is hugely important! But how to go about it is often difficult. My approach is to work with people according to their strengths, interests as well as their education and experience. What do you really like to do? There's an old saying attributed to Mark Twain: “Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” This is easier said than done. Nevertheless, by working systematically you can work step-by-step. What were trying to do is build HOPE but yet take ACTION. In addition this can be a good way to monitor one's progress. Along the way I offer plenty of encouragement, ideas and certainly my own experience. I get good result
