I am here to assist my clients to identify and process emotions, feelings, and situations. I am very patient and I understand that therapy can not be rushed. It is important to develop a therapeutic bond between therapist and client. I want my clients to feel safe, heard, and understood every session. I like to start in the present and identify current stressors and issues. Sometimes the past needs to be processed and re-visited, and sometimes past issues may be too painful to process in the present.
