Adjustments may include; creating a healthier self care routine, creating a healthier work/life balance, engaging in as well as exploring new hobbies, engaging in healthy social interactions, etc.

EMDR, Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing, has been proven effective for depression and anxiety.
