I work collaboratively with Clients to discover how they see themselves and their place in this world. These narratives, that each of us writes for ourself, can be an important part of how balanced and healthy we feel on a daily basis. The rewriting of these stories can produce a positive change that Clients who work with me begin to realize. Some Clients will identify that they have suffered a breach of trust or an attachment loss at some point in their life. We work together to compassionately identify how that breach of love can be healed.

I specialize in brief online relationship counseling. Online counseling allows clients to seek help as needed, engage in therapy at a schedule that's convenient to them, and keep their counselor as they progress through life. I work with LGBTQ and hetero clients on individual, couple, and alternative relationship concerns.
