My approach to grief and loss begins with the understanding that suffering is a natural and unavoidable part of being human. We grieve not only the loss of loved ones, but also unmet needs, disappointments, and the many ways life unfolds differently than we hoped. Rather than avoiding or suppressing grief, I help people gently turn toward it with compassion and curiosity. When grief is met with presence, care, and self compassion, it begins to soften.
