Being able to cope during the difficult times is important to maintaining a healthy life for yourself. Your loved one would want what's best for you. As difficult as life struggles are without having this special person by your side, or restarting a new career after a recent job loss, staying stagnant and secluding oneself will not help you out of the situation. I provide a private/safe environment to work through your feelings of loss and will encourage a sense of compassion and healing during the process.
