I am an Illinois licensed clinical psychologist. While I have had experience addressing a wide variety of issues, I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety & Stress Disorders, Couples and Relationship counseling and Trauma and abuse. As a Psychologist, I am committed to helping the individual client to learn to understand and resolve the underlying issues contributing to the life difficulties he or she presents - anxiety, depression, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, inner conflicts and turmoil, personal confusion and... My focus in on enduring solutions, ones that increase emotion and intellectual resilience in the face of the inevitable curve balls life throws at all of us - curve balls that we can struggle to avoid or learn to face and deal with.

As a Psychologist I integrate and believe we are whole and complete and that often things we struggle with are current challenges often linked to past hurts or unmet needs from earlier in life.
