You have the ability to live the life you want to and it starts with small steps. My entire approach is based on empowering clients to make value-based decisions and take action.
We'll collaborate on your goals (since you know yourself best) and use evidence based approaches like Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention so you can learn the tools you need to thrive.
In sessions you can expect me to meet you exactly where you’re at, and exactly as myself, so we can create a real human connection. We’ll have warm, non-judgmental conversations and incorporate techniques or creative outlets that make sense for you.
Online therapy -
Pushing through mental health struggles alone can feel exhausting but sometimes getting the support you need by starting therapy can be a huge hurdle on its own. Online therapy can be an easier step to take and it can be as effective as in-person therapy which is why I offer it exclusively. You will have to talk to someone new (that's me, hi!) but it won't be an interrogation. We'll work together and after the first session, I won't be a stranger anymore.
