SESSION OPTIONS

Sessions available in person, by telephone, or secure video. If you are interested in the option of meeting outside, for walk & talk therapy, let me know and we can discuss it. Sessions are available weekdays only before 4:00pm Eastern Time.

THE FIRST STEP

Effective therapy starts with a good relationship and learns from differences. I listen with compassion, respect and a touch of humour, andwork from a belief that every person is unique and has worth and value. We work in partnership to set and reach your personal goals. My solo private practice is relatively new but is supported by two decades of experience. I have provided couple, family, and individual counselling since 2001. First in Manitoba at the Interfaith Marriage & Family Institute, andthen in Thunder Bay since 2004.
