Sessions 1-3 Preparation: Explanation, Triggers and Cues and Motivation Sessions 4-6 Change: Setting Goals, Handling Relationships, and Problem Solving Our Students enjoy an understanding supportive, and non-judgmental educational experience. We provide quality AODA classes for those struggling with substances. Other areas of focus: effective communication, self-awareness, assertiveness, and stress management. These are all productive tools for preventing use of substances.
