Support Group
Siblings of Kids With Special Needs
Siblings who have a brother or sister with special needs sometimes feel lost in the shuffle.
This
is an opportunity to get together with other kids in a supportive
environment. We use arts and crafts, books and games to share
experiences and feelings. Groups will meet Sundays, starting April 22,
2012, for a total of 8 weeks. There will be separate groups
for "Littles," "Middles," & "Teens"
Kids will have a chance to share with other kids who have a brother or sister with special needs.
Mrs. Sachs-Yasgur has over 30 years of clinical experience in helping children. She is in private practice in Teaneck and in Fairlawn, NJ.
