Skills-Building Therapy Group For Teens (age 12-17)

Parents: do you have kids (ages 7-10) struggling with school anxiety, low-self-esteem, depressive symptoms, difficulty making friends, and/or have faced challenges with bullying? This is going to be a fun group that will address those listed areas and incorporate art therapy, play therapy, music therapy, strengths-based approaches and skills-building exercises! We are looking for parents who can make the six week commitment as we will be covering and expanding upon different topics each week. Registration is required.
