Do you ever wonder if talking is really enough to help people? This course is designed to equip different kinds of helping professionals with knowledge about the value of experiential counseling modalities, practices, and interventions. Key readings and assignments will span the fields of interpersonal neurobiology, spiritual formation, creative arts, and the mind/body connection. Various evidence-based techniques and approaches will be reviewed, discussed, and practiced using experiential learning methods. Successful completion of this course will result in 1 semester hour credit or 9 NBCC-approved continuing education credit hours.1 Note: If more semester hour credits are needed, please email instructor directly.
