Twice per year, the BC Society for Male Survivors of Sexual Abuse provides training for individuals who come across male survivors of sexual abuse in their work. The Fall training is coming soon!

This two-day workshop is designed for a variety of helping professionals. It is aimed at those who do not specialize in providing therapy for adult male survivors, but who have encountered, or who expect to encounter, adult males with sexual abuse in their backgrounds. The two-day format will provide participants with an understanding of the particular issues of males who were sexually abused as children or sexually assaulted as adults. It will equip them to work with male survivors within the context of their agency mandate or scope of private practice.
