This session we will focus on the Yamas, (Universal Morality or Disciplines), the first limb of yoga. We will engage in practices which encourage a focus on an internal under-standing of the yamas and creating affirmations around them. We will flow from centering to asanas (poses), to a restorative pose, and finish with Yoga Nidra (non sleep deep rest).
These classes are for people who want to slow down, listen to their bodies, breathe deeply, and sink into deep relaxation.
